Identification of relevant stakeholders beyond your improvement project group is important. This will help you understand the needs from service, staff, lived experience and third sector partners.
Talking to many different people will help you and your team work in a way that includes everyone and makes sure everyone's voice is heard. This will empower people with co-occurring needs to be involved in the decisions that impact the support they receive.
