NHS Tayside involving people in how we communicate change

In 2024 NHS Tayside developed a new approach to deliver diabetes care closer to patients' homes.
NHS Tayside engaged with their Public Partner group to discuss and consider how we communicate the new pathway to patients. They co-produced a suite of information to support patients to understand the new pathway and what it would mean for them.
