We held a webinar led by Audrey Lindsay (Public Engagement Coordinator for NHS Tayside) and Victoria Sullivan (Project Manager in NHS Tayside) to talk about how they involved people in how they communicated change.
In 2024 NHS Tayside developed a new approach to deliver diabetes care closer to patients' homes.
NHS Tayside engaged with their Public Partner group to discuss and consider how they communicated the new pathway to patients. They co-produced a suite of information to support patients to understand the new pathway and what it would mean for them.
