In response to network members’ suggestions, we have asked Ellie Snape (Senior Digital Engagement Manager, Scottish Government) to share her team’s experience with different digital tools, the Scottish Government’s consultation and crowdsourcing platform, and building a network of colleagues to support best practice.

There will also be time at the session to share your own experience of digital and online engagement with colleagues in the network.
