Join Helena MacDonald, the first Service Designer working in NHS 24 and Andrew Quinn, Lead Service Designer at NHS National Services Scotland who is working with NHS 24 to apply his experience to the Service Transformation Programme. In their presentation Andrew and Helena will share how they have adapted service design tools and methods to support leaders and stakeholders in applying a person centred design approach to Service Transformation within NHS 24, with a particular focus on the role of data visualisation.
